Payment:

All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch or collection. In the case of bank transfers, payment must be confirmed by our Accounts team prior to dispatch. Failure to make payment on time may result in a delay in delivery. Returns and Refunds:

Made-to-order products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. In the event of a stocked item, refunds are subject to a case-by-case basis, and the products must be in their original and saleable condition and original product packaging failure of any of these conditions and this will nullify the refund. Our Production Manager will confirm this after inspecting the products. Please note that returned products are subject to a restocking charge of 30% and any shipping charges occured including re-importing the goods back to ourselves, The amount you will receive, after the restocking fee and associated charges have been deducted, will exclude the original shipping cost, as this would have been used to cover the initial delivery.

Please note that bespoke products are custom-made to order and tailored to individual specifications. As such, they are not eligible for return or refund. We appreciate you’re understanding and encourage careful consideration before confirming your selection.

Credit Notes:

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can only be used for bathroom fittings, furniture, and accessories (excluding fragrance and leather goods). The original credit note must be presented at the time of redemption. We are not responsible for lost or stolen credit notes. Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Please note that returned products are subject to a restocking charge of 30%.

Delivery of Goods:

Failure to provide your Business/Personal Tax/EORI Number to BASALA Limited TA Czech and Speake and subsequent interception of your purchased products by your country’s Customs Authorities will result in the need for you to reimburse the shipping fee incurred by us for the return of the parcel and its subsequent reshipment to you. In addition, this situation will nullify the option to cancel the order, and you will be unable to return the products. Delivery charges are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a quotation. Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided by the Buyer. Delay in providing the delivery address may result in a delay in the order dispatch. It is your responsibility to make all necessary arrangements for the receipt of goods. BASALA Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from late or short delivery of goods. If short delivery occurs, a pro-rata adjustment to the price will be made. If you are unable to take delivery of the goods when they are ready for dispatch, applicable storage charges will be raised.

For all international shipments (excluding the UK), specific information is necessary. If the products are acquired by a company, the company’s TAX Number is mandatory. If the products are purchased by an individual, we will need their Personal TAX number or Social Security Number both numbers must be registered at the billing address supplied. This information is essential as per the Customs Authorities of the importing countries. Failure to provide the accurate information will result in the shipment being returned to us, incurring charges to the importer for redirection and additional shipping fees for resending the products.

Acceptance of Goods:

Upon receiving the order, you agree to inspect the goods thoroughly within 48 hours and notify us in writing of any issues. You are also required to note these issues on the delivery slip when receiving the goods. Upon receipt of this notification, Basala Ltd will repair or replace any goods found to be defective at its option. Please note that return of the goods, if required, is at your own cost. After the 48-hour period, if we have not received any other instructions, you are deemed to have accepted the goods We hope that these terms and conditions are clear and concise.
